SNV Law adopts the ethos “vade mecum”, a Latin phrase in origin which literally means “go with me”. When clients approach us with complex litigation or any other legal matter we are there to give friendly advice – ‘vade mecum’.

Mr Oberoi:
- A solicitor with over 17 years of private practice experience in England and has membership of both The Law Society and the New York State Bar Association. He has also been admitted as a New York Attorney (although presently not practicing US law);
- Specializes in all areas of commercial and civil litigation with countless appearances in both the High Court and County Courts and has the capacity to lead on cross-border cases and instruct colleagues across international jurisdictions on a variety of legal matters;
- Has experience in advising clients on complex areas of law including regulatory matters and general commercial matters and private client work;
- Has experience of representing companies, entrepreneurs, media clients and high net worth individuals.
